Black Box Gallery is dedicated to the exhibition of contemporary photography. Black Box’s juried international photo shows provide important opportunities for emerging and mid-career photographers. Black Box supports and encourages the creative production, exhibition and critical appreciation of contemporary photography.

Each month Black Box hosts a juried photography exhibition on a different photographic theme. The gallery provides free printing, matting and framing for all of our photographers who are juried into the exhibition. This allows the gallery to provide a consistent aesthetic during our group show programming throughout the year. The gallery is committed to supporting and promoting a thoughtfully curated visual photographic experience for our photographers and our audience.

Black Box also catalogs and archives all of our group photography exhibitions into our flat file at the gallery after the exhibition. This also allows the gallery to continue to promote our photographers to local curators, collectors, and the general viewing public.
